If your hand does not come back the way Stephan is showing you then you will have arrows that will go left or right. Follow through means a lot. You have to pull so hard with your back that you get that snap on release. The surprise! |
Now, look at the bow hand, note that the bow moves forward out of his hand and the bow hand moves to the left and down. That is a result of his drawing the two shoulder blades together using a lot of back pressure.
