The Grand Hotel

F20 F10

The hotel, opened in 1874, was the grandest hotel in Europe at that time. It featured hot and cold running water, elevators and ...they changed the sheets after "every guest"! Today it is the only Swedish member of the Leading Hotels of the World. This five star hotel has hosted all Nobel Prize laureates and their families since 1901. It has been host to countless celebrities over the years including Greta Garbo and Ingmar Bergman...and Sam, who has stayed here on his every visit to Stockholm...except this one!
